Billing

I am beginning the process of joining various clinical practice panels. Finalizing these applications can take some time. Until this is completed, billing insurance is more complicated. As membership to an insurance practice group is achieved a notice will be posted on this page, the Billing section of this website.

This means that when your insurance is billed, the process is more involved. The insurance company may change the amount to reimburse for services. We will work jointly to determine, as accurately as we can, the amount of coverage available to you. This is why we complete the Surprise Billing Form. (If Needed See The Description of This Form by Tapping the Client Intake button on the Home Page.) This involves including in this process the information we can use to determine any deductibles and or copays. Together, we complete this process. We will agree to the amount of coverage provided by your insurance and its impact on your per session fees for therapy.

The contact information, and the other forms you initially complete, are a very important resource needed to obtain reimbursement information from the insurance company. This why it is necessary that you complete them as accurately as possible.

Upon request, reduced, or sliding fee scales, are accepted.

$100 per scheduled hourly session
